Marcus Wright has been in the fitness industry since his childhood. Throughout his High School years he has played on the basketball team and went on to play College Football. Marcus graduated with an MBA and he also became a certified nutritionist. At one point in his life he suffered from obesity but was able to overcome this with the help of meal prep. Hence, On-Season Meal Prep has become the crossroad where all his passions intersect.
Over a decade ago, Chef J began her journey to healing through food. To combat health issues, she turned to healthy eating and meal prepping and is now a living testament to the power of healthy habits and clean food--a power that she now shares with her two children and her community with passion and intention. She specializes in vegan and vegetarian fare and her homemade sauces are a must try!
With nearly a decade of proving himself by feeding hungry troops in the military, Chef Dale is our certified grill master. He's won numerous food competitions through his dynamite protein flavoring and makes healthy eating sustainable by incorporating his unique seasoning blends. Chef Dale loves to share his original creations with his two children and community.
