Reports & Returns
You have 7 calendar days to report or return an unsatisfactory item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. To report an unsatisfactory product you can contact us by the information below.
If there are any cancellations they will need to be submitted/requested by 5pm Thursday before the Sunday pick-up/delivery for a full refund. To cancel your order please email or call us at the contact information below.
REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
If your return or report is approved, we will initiate a refund to your initial form of payment. Store credit and exchange is also available at customer’s request.
You will receive the credit to you within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
